This ice cream shop is super kawaii and its theming is awesome. I love how the screen that tells you what all flavors of ice cream and snacks they have is like a train station schedule board but instead of train times of arrival/departures it’s their menu. My mom and I got gelatos. Every flavor I tasted of the gelato was absolutely fabulous. I ended up getting the Key lime pie flavored gelato and it tasted just like a Key lime pie. This ice cream shop is very photogenic. Also, the staff was friendly. Definitely go check out this ice cream shop when in Savannah, GA.

So there are two reasons why this place doesn't get 5 stars from me. Before I list them though you should know this ice cream is delicious! The store is very pretty and located so it's easy to get to while out enjoying downtown. Now, the bad... 1) It's kinda expensive. I paid $8, I got a medium, and this cup was tiny. Think small size for other places and you'll have the right idea. Their small was literally mini. They do overfill the cups though,... but that leads me onto my second problem. 2) This stuff melts faster than Usain Bolt runs. I hadn't even walked 50ft and my hands were covered with melted ice cream. I get it, ice cream melts in the summer, but not like this. This was a losing battle between me and the laws of thermodynamics on a street corner in Savannah. So if you do eat here, eat FAST. Once you get past the edge of the cup it becomes way more manageable. Also because it melts so fast, if you get 2 flavors they WILL combine into something else. So I recommend just going with one flavor.

Very beautiful interior, tasty ice cream, my kids loved it! I have very allergic son and he could it vegan ice cream here 😍 Very attentive personnel. Thank you so much!

It is quite evident that leadership/management are nonexistent here. I have been coming since Doki Doki has opened and have watched it slowly go downhill. The gelato is great, but the college kids running it are in a hurry to get out of there, as the one told me today. There were 20 people in line at 830pm tonight. The guy working was taking flavors out as people were waiting to order them and when asked if we could still have that flavor he said “well I guess you could have some but I need to get them put away. “ When questioned about closing time being 9, the girl scooping the gelato stated “well yea, but we want to get out of here.” Asked for napkins and was told “we are out, it would be quicker for you to go next door. Oh and we don’t have water bottles either.” Went last week and couldn’t pay with cash 30 mins before closing because the drawer was already counted. Been a handful of other times and they have been completely shut down 30 minutes or more before closing. Don’t waste your time! At this point I have given them more than enough chances and at this point I will not return due to the lack of consistency and customer service.

Great place, delicious Ice cream, very creamy. We ordered pistachio, taro, raspberry cheesecake, Ferrero, and vanilla. Everybody was happy with their choices. Excellent service and very quick. We do not wait in line too long. Definitely, I will return.
